Description

The AFX is a device that targets the ankle-foot muscle and tendons, aiming to strengthen the entire ankle-foot complex. The design of this device has been made easy for all kinds of patients undergoing rehabilitation from ankle sprains, broken foot or ankle, and other ankle-foot issues. Also, many athletes and other active individuals may use the AFX to strengthen the ankle-foot complex to help for prevention in injuries and improvement in performance.

Features

  • AFX come in two packages: Regular and Pro. Where the regular contains medium and hard resistant bands, and the pro contains soft, medium, medium-hard, and hard resistant bands.
  • Foot support prevents slippage, a problem common with using regular resistance tubing
  • Military grade bungee cords, specifically designed for AFX and is safer than rubber tubing

  • Ankle sprains
  • Rehab from broken ankle/foot
  • Tendinopathy or tendinitis in achilles
